Alabama

The Montgomery campus of South University is chartered as an educational institution in the state of Alabama, and is authorized under Act No. 80-272, Regular Session, Alabama Legislature, 1980, to conduct programs within the state of Alabama.

South University is registered with the Maryland Higher Education Commission as an Out-of-State Institution of Higher Education offering online education.

Michigan

South University, Novi is licensed under the laws of the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.

North Carolina

South University’s High Point campus is licensed by The Board of Governors of the University of North Carolina to confer Associate of Science, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Arts degrees.

The Art Institute of Charlotte, a campus of South University, is licensed to award certificates by the North Carolina State Board of Community Colleges and licensed to award Associate and Bachelor degrees by the Board of Governors of the University of North Carolina.

The Art Institute of Raleigh–Durham, a campus of South University, is licensed by The Board of Governors of the University of North Carolina to confer Associate of Applied Science and Bachelor of Art degrees.

Ohio
