South University - Savannah Names Todd Cellini Dean of Student Affairs

South University named Todd Cellini as the university's new Dean of Student Affairs. As Dean of Student Affairs, he is responsible the delivery of effective and high quality services to students. His areas of responsibility include housing, bookstore, career services, first year experience programs, student conduct, student life programs and disability services. He will develop policies, programs and services to meet the needs of the university's diverse student population and that foster student development and promote involvement in campus life.

Cellini comes to South University with 7 years of student affairs experience. Prior to joining South University, Cellini worked as a Residence Life Coordinator at the University of South Carolina, where he supervised a 500-person upperclassman building. He most recently held the position of Director of Student Activities for Sullivan County Community College in Lock Sheldrake, New York, where he implemented student-focused initiatives and recruited faculty and staff to advise student clubs and associations. As the Coordinator of the First Year Experience / Orientation at Sullivan County Community College, he advised students in all academic majors and planned programs including freshman orientation.
A graduate of Binghamton University, Cellini holds two bachelor's degrees in Geography and Environmental Studies, as well as a master's degree in Social Science with a concentration in Student Affairs.
