Description

South University’s Tampa campus opened in June 2006 and is the institution’s second campus in Florida. The campus provides students with the opportunity to learn in a modern facility with a vibrant student body that thrives on the nurturing atmosphere fostered by faculty and staff.

South University is a private academic institution dedicated to providing educational opportunities for the intellectual, social and professional development of a diverse student population.

Student Profile

The campus had a Fall 2010 enrollment of 661 and a Spring 2011 enrollment of 683 students with over 70 faculty members. Approximately 19 percent of students are pursuing associate's degrees, 64 percent bachelor's degrees, and 17 percent master's degrees. The students are young professionals seeking to advance or start new careers.
