Tuesday, March 30, 2010

South University-Virginia Beach has named Richard Kriofsky as its Senior Director of Admissions.  The university begins classes in its new campus in the Convergence Center near Virginia Beach Town Center on April 5.  It will be the seventh campus for South University, which began in Savannah, Georgia in 1899.

Kriosfsky has 10 years of admissions experience with Davenport University, The Art Institute of Las Vegas, and Kendall College, where he was Director of Admissions for a campus of nearly 1,100 students.

“I have had the benefit of working with Richard in the past and am excited about the success our admissions team and campus will experience under his leadership,” says Seth Saunders, President of South University-Virginia Beach. “Richard has strong skills in managing admissions and never forgets that our students’ needs come first. His work ethic, integrity and passion are a tremendous addition to our team in Virginia Beach.”

A native of Wisconsin, Kriosfsky earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Carthage College in Kenosha, WI in Political Science and History in 1999.
