More than 70 students enroll at the Piedmont Triad’s newest regionally accredited university
HIGH POINT, N.C. (January, 2013) – While most head back to work in the New Year, some residents of the Piedmont Triad will head to their first day of classes at the newly constructed South University, High Point.
Opening at the convenient Piedmont Triad location in High Point the week of January 14, South University is a private, regionally accredited academic institution with 15 campuses across the country. The campus, located at 3975 Premier Drive just south of the intersection of Interstate 40 and N.C. 68, can accommodate nearly 1,000 students with space to expand, and offers 40,000 square feet of classrooms, labs, a library and office spaces.
