South University – Tampa Physician Assistant Program Application Process

South University's PA program participates with the Central Application Service for Physician Assistants (CASPA). To apply, go to www.caspaonline.org. The CASPA application process requires submission of scores from the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) and transcripts.

Applications are currently being accepted for the class beginning in January 2011. All applications MUST BE COMPLETE by September 1, 2010. A rolling admissions process is used and applicants are encouraged to apply early.

To apply for the Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies program at South University - Tampa, individuals must:

  1. Complete the CASPA online application including submission of all transcripts and GRE score.

  2. Request that official scores on the GRE General Test (verbal, quantitative, and written essay) be sent directly to the South University PA Program. School code is: 1990. For more information on exam sites and times visit www.gre.org

  3. Submit a completed FAFSA application for those applying for financial aid.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND TRANSCRIPTS DIRECTLY TO SOUTH UNIVERSITY. TRANSCRIPTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO CASPA.
