South University’s Austin campus began serving Texas students in 2011, when the campus opened at 7700 West Parmer Lane in north Austin. The campus occupies 59,000 square feet and is equipped with a wide array of technology including video-conferencing, labs, library, and access to a variety of research databases.
South University is a private academic institution dedicated to providing educational opportunities for the intellectual, social, and professional development of a diverse student population. The core curriculum is broad-based and promotes critical thinking, effective verbal and written communication, and skills for life-long learning.
South University, Austin holds the Certificate of Authorization acknowledging exemption from regulation by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board as defined in Chapter 7.3 of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board’s rules (PO Box 12788; Austin, TX 78711 or 1200 E.. Other programs in the College of Business are excluded from ACBSP’s scope of accreditation.
