Bryan Greenlee found his way at South University and graduated in 2016. He was able to balance the demands of family life, education and pursuing his goals with an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. Watch Brian talk about his physical therapy assistant experience.
I think of South University as a great opportunity, great environment. The staff here cares about the quality of the program and the concerns of the student, and they adapt themselves to meet the students' needs. It's not a cake walk, you're going to have to put in the work.
I was a little scared. I was a little nervous. It's been 23 years since I've been back in the college setting. Twenty years of service in the United States Army.
The word of the day is balance. I am married with six children, so you have to have a balance. In managing your career and what you're doing now and then the family life and excelling at education, too, and that's what I want to do.
I selected South University because the structures were very helpful for me. I do have high expectations of myself, and South University, they gave me the tools and provided me the opportunity to do just that, be successful in my education. I just want to be helpful to my community in any way, and just being able to provide care through the Physical Therapy Assistant Program, the sky's the limit, the sky's the limit.
My name is Brian Greenley, and right now I'm studying to be a physical therapist assistant.
