Official Transcript Requests

How to request an official South University Transcript

Transcript Request Instructions for South University Ground Programs Students and Graduates

Current and former students may request a transcript, provided all account holds are cleared. There is a $7 fee for each transcript request.

Transcripts can be requested through the Campus Common, providing that your account has remained active. From the Student Services tab, select Form Center. From the Forms tab, select Official Transcript Request Form. Complete and submit the form.

If your Campus Common login is no longer active, you can simply print and complete the transcript request form. We must have your signature, along with the $7.00 fee in order to process your request. Mail your completed form and fee to the address provided on the form.
