The mission of the South University School of Pharmacy is to serve the public's healthcare needs by preparing pharmacists to provide pharmaceutical care that improves health outcomes for patients.

Following acceptance into the School of Pharmacy program, Pharm.D. students begin an accelerated, full-time 12-quarter schedule designed to provide four academic years of study within three calendar years. This accelerated pace is only available at a handful of institutions across the country, as South University's School of Pharmacy program was designed to meet the increasing demand of well-trained pharmacists.
