It is up to each student to review the national and state licensure requirements for licensure, as well as the eligibility criteria to sit for licensure exams. Graduates are required to sit for and pass the national certification exam and obtain a state license in order to work in the field. - You must provide a certified bank letter indicating that your sponsor is financially capable of meeting your education and living expenses. The letter must have been issued within the past three months bank statements no later than 6 months.

Work Opportunities
International students have the potential to seek employment in the United States upon completion of their academic program through Optional Practical Training (OPT). Our DSO will guide you through the documents required to submit your application for OPT.

South University does not provide housing, but our international office will assist you in navigating the accommodation search process.

*Clinical, practicum, and externship requirements exist in certain programs and require field experiences. Learning formats may not be flexible.
