Every May, EdSights, the vendor behind South University’s Stinger chatbot, takes responses from their partner institutions to create what’s known as a Student Voice Score® (SVS). This number determines how likely students are to recommend their school to their friends and family.
South University’s ground campuses and online programs scored in the 90th percentile overall among 4-year private institutions.
Student responses praise the support that South University offers, highlighting that student advisors frequently check-in on students, how the staff and faculty take an interest in their lives, and how South enables students to continue to work, raise children, and still earn a degree. This care is a reflection of South’s commitment to student success in and out of the classroom.
The Student Voice Score® not only represents how likely students are to recommend South to others, but that the students at South are investing in a schooling system that supports them throughout their programs and beyond.
South is proud to have achieved this level of trust with our students and we hope to continue to earn that trust and improve overall.
