Every May, EdSights, the vendor behind South University’s Stinger chatbot, compiles responses from across all their partner institutions to create a Student Voice Score. This score is based on a number of questions, including how likely students are to recommend South University to a friend.
South University's Online Programs received a Student Voice Score of 73, while the national average was 30. This puts South in the 94th percentile nationwide, and in the 97th percentile for private, not-for-profit institutions. This score not only represents how likely students are to recommend South to others, but how much they trust South and how much the support they receive from faculty and staff means to them.
