At South University, Savannah, the Master of Science in Leadership program is designed to help students study how to become a leader in business. Many members of the Leadership program faculty1 often work in these areas and share their real-world experience in the classroom. The business field is often a fast-paced environment, and students need to develop a wide variety of skills to innovate and adapt to these challenges. Graduates of the program are prepared to be strong communicators and collaborate with strategic thinking and may lead individuals, teams, departments, and organizations.

Your Path to Success

The Leadership degree’s tuition is under $20,000, excluding any additional fees, with financial aid available for those who qualify. This may make it an affordable option to pursue becoming a leader. Use real-world case studies to develop your critical thinking and learn to collaborate and communicate effectively. The leadership program is designed for students who are eager to pursue leadership in business and ready to tackle the fast-paced, global environment.

How You’ll Learn: Hybrid Format— At our campuses, each five-week course features four weeks of online classes and one on-campus Saturday session that you’ll move through in 10-week quarters.5

Admission Requirements

Admissions criteria for the Master of Science in Leadership (MSL)

Graduate Admissions - Masters level

Prospective students are required to submit the following:

  • Completion of application for admission
  • Official transcripts for bachelor or graduate degree within 5 weeks of the class start date (refer to Conditional Acceptance). (All credentials earned outside the United States must be evaluated by a NACES or AICE-member credential evaluation service). Please speak with an admissions representative for more information.

Note: See program notes and specific requirements below for each graduate - masters level degree program

Specific requirements for admission to classified graduate status are:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Completion of application for admission.
  • A 2.0 overall grade point average or higher on completed requirements for the baccalaureate degree, or an earned graduate degree from an accredited institution.
