MBA degree graduates have mastered several skills as part of the MBA program, such as ethical and global perspectives in the decision-making process; conflict, and other key macro and micro characteristics of organizations in diverse, global environments; the ability to apply effective communication skills in influencing others; and the application of effective leadership and teamwork skills.
