Christian Randolph is the founder and CEO of a senior living and senior care referral network called Circle of Trust Senior Resources. She is a licensed nursing home administrator, assisted living administrator, and real estate broker. With a nationwide network of care partners, her company helps seniors and families find and plan for all levels of care, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. Christian also offers consulting services to help senior living communities improve their operations.

The South University Business Program Experience

Christian began her educational journey at South University in 2006, earning all four of her degrees through our online programs. Her most recent and highest degree is a Doctor of Business Administration, received in 2025. Christian previously earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Administration in 2017, a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2011, and an Associate of Business Administration in 2010.

“I chose the business program of study because I am a healthcare professional, entrepreneur, and business operations specialist with a real estate background,” she says. “South University offers a variety of programs related to these fields. I was able to merge my strengths to reach my career and educational goals.”

Overcoming Difficulty to Reach the Finish Line

At South University, Christian appreciated that her online business classes were convenient and easy to navigate. Still, she was a busy business owner, and fitting everything into her schedule was difficult. Over the years, she encountered several challenges that led to taking breaks from her education. Each time, she returned to college more determined to finish. When she needed help, she turned to her advisors and instructors. With their support, Christian learned how to stay the course. “There are five or so professors who have truly made my experience at SU amazing, and I could not have done it without them,” she shares.

With each business degree she earned, Christian has made herself and her family proud of her resiliency and hard work. “There were many times that I wanted to give up,” she admits. “My heart always led me back to South University. It is a matter of committing to yourself and remembering your why. Your why will push you to the finish line.”

Putting Her Skills to Use After Graduation

Christian’s South University education has played a big part in her career success story, including preparing her to launch her own senior living business in 2013. Today, the practical applications of everything Christian has studied continue to help her run and grow that business. Her MBA Healthcare Administration and DBA programs, in particular, have given her the skills and confidence to be a strong business leader within the healthcare field.

“The curriculum is rigorous; however, it is relevant and necessary. The courses I took are valuable in all aspects of my day-to-day operations,” she says. “Going to college at any level is a wonderful feat. Regardless of your age, current career, or aspirations, knowledge is power and something that can never be taken away. The world is evolving daily, and learning and growing are necessary for all of us.”
